Foxton 1-4 West Wratting

Foxton were home against West Wratting on Saturday.

Foxton started quite well, but after a strong opening 20 minutes, they found themselves a goal down. This was soon doubled as Wratting took advantage of the momentum.

Josh Sewell had a chance to pull one back for Foxton but his shot was easily saved by the visiting Keeper. Then, from the resulting clearance, it was 3-0 to the visitors providing a kick in the guts and a big up hill task for Foxton in the second half.

Although the second half was more even, Wratting capitalised by scoring a fourth, before Gwynnie headed home from a Roger Skeggs free kick, to make it a final scoreline of 4-1 to the visitors.
